Love of Embodied Creative Wisdom

Muses of Rose was born from a relationship with a wild island in Greece. An island seeped in mythical and mythological stories of ancient animacy.

I’ve been in an intimate relationship with the creative process for over 25 years, immersed deeply within the industry of moving image, primarily as a Casting Director.  

A transformational weaving of nature within this process arrived as a wake up call.  A crack from a longing within my body and soul, expressing itself as 10 years of chronic physical pain.

The shamanic and spiritual approaches have called me since 2011.  Coming from 10 years of creative work with actors and directors in the film and television industry, alongside this work I spent the past 14 years participating and studying holistic modalities.

During the transformational year of 2020, space opened up in my life and I started to let go of many things I had been holding onto.  I immersed in a deeper dive exploring the relationships between creativity, spirituality, shamanism, the natural world and the creative: the dance between the different worlds I had been inhabiting.  I have studied many embodiment, spiritual and shamanic teachings with incredible teachers and I share from a place of humility in how to listen to life, surrender to the flow, move into more authenticity and truth and create from the art and the heart.

The offerings I create invite a re-wilding of the self, to ignite the inner elements, to inspire and transform.  Weaving expression through the body, mind, soul and spirit through elemental teachings.  Drawing heavily on lessons from the natural world and our relationship to it. I love inspiring souls to remember their truth and the original spring of their art, through listening deeply to life.
